My name is Marianne Zeltner. I am a Certified Home Watch Professional and a Vacation Rental Specialist in Southwest Florida, which includes Fort Myers / Cape Coral / Bonita Springs and Naples. I’d like to take the opportunity to introduce my services and myself.

I was in the Real Estate and Construction business in Europe for over a decade, and now assist overseas owners with the management of their properties here in the beautiful American paradise of Southwest Florida. I am originally from Switzerland and have been a Fort Myers resident since 2010, visiting Southwest Florida since 2001.
